ENERGY CERTIFICATION

The energy certificate is the owner's responsibility and it is needed for the construction, sale or leasing/rental of buildings for accommodation or services. It is valid for 10 years. It classifies the building's energy performance on a scale from A+ to F.We propose improvement measures to increase the building's energy efficiency and the inhabitants' or users' level of comfort.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The cost basically involves two components:
- Fees - Ask us for a quote stating:
    - number of rooms;
    - whether it is a flat/house or store or service premises;
    - the area and location.
- ADENE fee- and the issue of the Energy Pre-Certificate and Energy Certificate pursuant to Administrative order 349-A/2013 of 29 November in its current wording.



LOCAL ACCOMMODATION

WWe handle all the procedures for you to get your local accommodation registered
Local accommodation establishments are premises that meet the necessary legal requirements and offer tourists temporary accommodation services for a fee.

There are different kinds of local accommodation establishments:

House - a local accommodation establishment that comprises a self-contained, single-family building;
• Flat - a local accommodation establishment that comprises a self-contained housing unit within a building or part of an urban building that can be used independently;
• Lodging establishment - a local accommodation establishment where the accommodation units are only bedrooms.This kind of establishment includes Hostels



PROTECTION MEASURES

These procedures organise and manage safety to ensure the upkeep of the safety conditions defined in the project and to ensure a minimum structure in case of emergencies. These measures ensure that the fire safety equipment and systems can always be operated and that the building's occupants can evacuate the building safely if there is an emergency.

TThe type of Safety Plan depends on the specific use, type, and category of the risk. The plan is based on the following measures:
- Prevention measures: pprevention procedures or plans, training in fire-fighting and drills;
-Intervention measures in the case of fire;  Emergency procedures or internal emergency plans;
- Safety records: A series of inspections are carried out, and a report on all maintenance actions and occurrences that are directly or indirectly related with SCIE.
These are for everyone who works for the operators.They also include specific training for people who deal with situations where there is a greater fire risk or who are members of safety organisation teams.
Drills ensure that internal emergency plans are tested and they help train the occupants.



Property diagnosis

WHY INSPECT?
Property inspection consists of assessing a building's conditions and possible construction defects that may be caused by poor workmanship or use, or natural wear and tear of the materials, and also correctly diagnosing the causes and proposing solutions to make the dwelling habitable once again.
